Subject to Governing Authorities, but not Evil: FB post February 28, 2022

Whenever the Lord had me gather and quote His Word from the Bible during the pandemic to “be subject to the governing authorities - for there is no authority except from God and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For RULERS ARE NOT A TERROR TO GOOD WORKS, BUT TO EVIL. For HE IS GOD’S MINISTER TO YOU FOR GOOD.” – “Honor all people – love the brotherhood – fear God and honor the king.” (Romans 13:1-7 & 1 Peter 2:13-17) I was often asked, what about governing authorities like Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini? Would God want us to be subject to them? And I’ve sought the Lord, and He has told me, just as the Scriptures said, to be subject to those who are RULERS FOR GOOD WORKS, and NOT TERROR OR EVIL like those leaders were against innocent people, lives and countries for their own glory and fame; and we see Putin doing and should not be followed, honored or obeyed but condemned and sentenced to life in prison for his evil, and acts of terror and murder of innocent life and his war crimes.
