Cold and Flu Season

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say, “Flu viruses are most common during the fall and winter. The exact timing and duration of flu seasons can vary, but influenza activity often begins to increase in OCTOBER. Most of the time flu activity peaks between December and February, although activity can last as late as May.” https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/season/flu-season.htm

The Lord tells me to post: When I was sick and struggling for health and learning about the effects of sugar on the immune system (be it granule, powder, syrups, sweeteners, sweet & dried fruits, and cooked, packaged & processed foods & carbohydrates that turn to sugar & sugary drinks) and how every cell, whether healthy, sick, tired, disease and/or cancer LOVES and wants sugar (just like we do, for we are our cells), the Lord revealed to me that “cold & flu season” always follows Halloween with kids (& parents) eating candy, along with many fall birthdays and cake and ice cream and more candy, followed by Thanksgiving in November eating desserts and sugary fruits (genetically modified with higher glycemic index in larger sizes available year round) and more candy and drinking sugary drinks followed up with Christmas and even more of it along with staying up late and becoming tired, crabby and run down, only to end with New Year’s with everyone eating and drinking and indulging while blowing horns and singing songs and wishing everyone a “Happy” and “Healthy” New Year staying up late even more so and stressing and overloading our bodies and immune systems throughout the duration of these seasons until it collapses into sickness and viruses all in the name of happiness, traditions and life that leads to sickness and disease at the expense of our health, well-being and lives. And in the winter, it’s Valentine's Day (“Flu peaks between Dec & Feb”) and in the spring it’s Easter (“flu activity as late as May”) with even more candy, desserts and sugar succumbing to spring colds and flues. I hear the world, and even Christians say, “everything in moderation”, which is of works because no one knows what that “moderation” amount is and it varies from person to person with their thoughts, ideas, opinions and beliefs based on the cravings and desires of their flesh and the “happiness” they want for themselves and their kids with food to their demise, for their happiness is not everlasting like Christ is, but theirs is here today and gone tomorrow in the flesh therefore needing more and more of it while kids, parents and adults (& even our pets) are getting sicker and weaker while scientists conduct more and more studies with all sorts of people, ages, ethnic groups, experiments and stress factors with every kind of sugar/sweetener there is with all of its effects that cost millions, if not more, while many are going to doctors and buying prescription medications and/or over-the-counter symptom relief costing them more and more money or higher health insurance premiums, all of which is exhausting and relentless, only for scientists to report that sugar cripples or paralyzes white blood cells (aka immune system) and is not good for you, yet those living according to their flesh in this world in the name of Happiness continue eating and drinking for their little slice of heaven with food that ends in death (just like their forefathers Adam & Eve did) while those who are in Christ Jesus as Lord have been crucified with Christ and no longer live according to their flesh, or their own life in this world apart from Christ, with all of its traditions and doctrines of men that are not of Christ Jesus as Lord down a road of destruction that leads to fatigue, exhaustion, sickness and disease that also feeds pain and suffering that ends in death and is no longer happiness; for they live according to Christ Jesus as Lord, who is their everlasting joy and happiness, while feasting on His Flesh and drinking in His Blood/Life while rightly nourishing the body for the sake of life, which is Christ. Praise God and hallelujah! The world says, “you gotta die of something”. But Christ Jesus as Lord said, “I AM the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
